2.Reservation and Confirmation To make a reservation at Villa Lazuel, you must fill out the online reservation form and provide accurate information. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from us. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. A 30% deposit will be required for all bookings.

3. Rates and Payment The rates displayed on our site are in euros and may be changed without notice. The price shown at the time of booking will be the price charged to you. All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. A valid credit card is required to complete the reservation. You will be charged either for a deposit or the total amount of your stay, depending on the booking conditions.

4.Cancellation Policy Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. Cancellation between 60 and 90 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained as compensation. Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival: the entire stay remains due, unless the villa can be re-rented for the same dates. Force Majeure: In case of exceptional circumstances (serious illness, hospitalization, death, natural disaster…), we reserve the right to examine, upon justification, a potential partial or full refund. We highly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for peace of mind.

5. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in time is from 5:00 PM. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Late check-out may incur additional charges. If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6.Villa Use Guests are required to respect the integrity of the property. Any damage to the villa or excessive disruption (such as noise after 11:00 PM) may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund. Parties and events are prohibited without prior authorization.

7.Liability Villa Lazuel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We strongly advise guests to keep valuables secure. The villa and its facilities should be used with caution. Villa Lazuel cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries occurring on the property.

8.Pets and Smoking Pets are allowed in the villa with prior approval (see House Rules). The interior of the villa is entirely non-smoking. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in additional cleaning fees or the cancellation of the stay.

9.Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website. We encourage you to regularly check this page to stay informed of any updates.

10.Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Aubenas, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
